Good day everyone! We would like to verify if we can do this route. I just recently sent my application for Live-In-Caregiver Program. I haven´t received any reply or acknowledgement letter from the embassy yet.
Is it possible for me to go to Canada as a Tourist and have my employer (who is also my sister) to probably refile or talk to MP or something to have it processed there. Would it be faster since I will already be there in Canada?
Response is highly appreciated.
Thanks!

(in reply to: Tourist to LICP) The application must be processed by the VO in your home country. So no - it´s not possible to have it processed in Canada. You should leave things as they are.

(in reply to: Tourist to LICP) No, your application HAS to be processed outside of Canada. Besides, your chances of getting a visitor´s visa at this point are slim to none.
Your sister can go and talk to the MP if she wants. You don´t need to be there for anything.
