Hi there, Need information please.I had applied for Canada
Permanent Residents from my country through CSIC certified brepresentative lawyer
Due to some personal reason I´m not able to go through further with my case. So that I have withdrawn my application. My question is if I withdraw my application Would I be able to get my application fee back & the amount I had payed to that CSIC lawyer aswell.?Because now my lawyer is saying that I´ll only receive my visa fee back but not that amount which I have payed to him.. and if he dont pay or give back that amount is there any legal way I appeal to CIC againist that lawyer regarding his rude attitude & misguideness toward my case from last 5 years. I hope you understand my problem & guide me through appropriate way please

You should receive the fee from CIC back not what you paid to the lawyer, unless is specified in the contract.
It is like ordering food in a restaurant. You get what you ordered and half way your meal, you get a phone call and you have to leave.
Does the restaurant is going to charge you only half price for your meal? or better yet, refund all of it since it was your decision to leave the place?
Probably not.....
