I need to apply H&C based on my circumstances. I am with a status but it will expire soon (Jan 2014). My questions are:
1) Will I have to leave Canada after my status expired?
2) If yes, will it affect my in land H&C application? or should I apply H&C from abroad?

YOUR QUESTION IS LACKING COMMON SENSE.
Humanitarian and Compassionate applications are based on common sense and your exceptional circumstances. You have status so maintain it. You have an application in process but do not say what it is but feel bad that no one responds.
