Subject: Skilled worker
  I am the process to apply for PR through skilled work program, I have since received my CSQ, however during the process one of my dependent ( my partner) left the country for security reason. she is now a refuge claimant in Europe with our new born who does not have a passport. I want to know if CIC will accept my application if one of my dependent does not have a passport?
