Your husband doesn´t have to "file" a study permit for you. If he is still a permanent resident, he can sponsor you as a PR, that´s different.

You chances on coming as a temporary, either student or visitor are slim to none. You are in a third country with a husband who is a permanent resident of Canada, whether he lives here or not.

You are too high of a risk, if you were admitted to Canada, the risk of you staying here and not leaving Canada at the end of your permit is too high.

You would have to drastically change your entire live to be able to prove to the officer that you in fact, will leave Canada at the end of your visit/permit.

If your husband is a PR and intends to live in Canada permanently, then go through the proper channels and apply for PR.

The Husband is not residing in Canada even though he was granted PR status so he can´t sponsor her.

I suggest tell him to come to Canada and sponsor you.

Please do not enter a college in Canada; with your poor English, you will end torturing yourself and your instructors. Why not pursue your edumacation in US? Why, oh why, Canada? Besides, Canada is houseful and broke at this time!

Hi Star,

Your situation is quite unique, did you apply for school genuinely for the purpose of school, or is that an attempt to just enter the country? If you´ve been denied before, it might be a little tricky the second time around.

Hi Shabni,

If you´ve already been accepted into a Canadian College, getting a study permit shouldn´t be a huge problem.

You can both email me directly with any further questions.

Good luck!
