okay so about 13 years ago my family and i lived in canada, we have alot of relatives there, we applyed for refugge case and than without informing we left for the USA. they thought we were living illegally in Canada so they deported us. but we actually moved to USA. now my parents want to visit canada again, so they applyed for ARC and all but they rejected us. because that year my dad worked only for like 3 4 months and his tax return wasnt much so they thought we are not well set in the USA. and placed an objection. I´m now married in canada and i really want my parents to come visit and all, what can we do now.

(in reply to: deportation, want reentry) All they can really do is to try to apply again and include as much evidence as possible that they have strong ties to the country they are living in and have no plans to remain in Canada long term. The fact that you are married changes nothing. It´s your parents who have to provide the proof that they are well established and won´t overstay.
