| Subject: Family Visa which application? |

Hello.
I just have one question that is pretty simple, and was wondering if someone could be of assistance. I am Canadian married to an American as of about 1 year. He is going to school on a student visa to do a residency in Canada next year. I want to apply early for a family visa for him so he can gain permanent residency status when his year as a student ends next summer. Currently we are both in the US, but are moving in a couple months.
My question is: Should I apply for to sponsor him as someone who is inside Canada or outside? I am confused as to which application to fill out, because we are moving soon.
I hope someone can say a few words about this,

The short answer is that you can go either way.
