Subject: CANADA VISITOR VISA REJECTION |
My father (A Kenyan Citizen) recently applied for a visitors visa which was rejected. The visa was to be for a holiday which he wants to go with my mum, uncle and aunt (all British Citizens so do not need visa).
My father has a large bank balance, a large number of properties he owns in his real estate business which we run as a family. He has also been granted visa to the UK (Multiple entry -10years), USA (Multiple entries- 1 Year). He also travels about 3 times a year for business, but has never overstayed any visa.
The reason given for rejection was, "your travel history" and "your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence."
We have no family in Canada and the fact he owns a lot of property and running a successful business, i think should be sufficient proof that he does not want to stay in Canada.
Anyone have any advice?
