So, Ive been dating this girl and i think things are getting to that serious point. I am wanting to know what the process is for marrying her and moving her and her cat her. i kind of read up on the paperwork part but it wasnt really clear if i can have her here to marry her or if i have to have the wedding there? can she be living here when we´re married before she´s perminant or does she have to live back there? Can she bring her cat because the cat is important to her or does the cat have to stay and if she can come does she need other paperwork? Any answers or suggestions would really be helpful for planning the future. Thanks so much!!

Read the regulations on sponsorship regarding the options available inland or outland. Just getting married does not qualify you automatically to bring her here. The process requires both you and the spouse to be approved.

People bring animals into the country all the time. Flying them is expensive and can be risky. Other means of transport is better.

Hmmm I do not know man about the cat...?!
Things are changed lattly, Jason Kanny make the things little bit dificullt for cats, you can not just bring cats anymore without visa or a sponsorship.
The best things to do for the cat is to find someone to marie her ( male or female no problem) and to do an application outland , it is more faster
