  Hello,

I tore my police clearance certificate accidentaly when taking it from the envelope.
Can i get another PCC from Vancoover consulate office? I have been trying to reach them through phone and mail but didn´t get any response from them. As of Now the VFS office in calgary is closed. I dont know whom to approach and how to approach.

Can anyone in this forum help me out of this situation?
