Hello everyone i had such a bad history at Dallas airport 2 years ago, they cancelled my tourist Visa without any reason just for the fact after 4 months staying I start a exchange of tourist visa to student visa while it happens I came back to my country Guatemala and one month later go back again,
Anyways the question now is, can I get a work permit if somebody from canada want to hire me

Hi there =)
I think having a job offer wouldn´t be quite that hard to give you a work permit. You must work on come documents. And then it needs to be validated first by HRDC. By the time it has been processed then you can possibly apply for work visa or work permit. You can inquire with it from the Embassy in your region or you may also ask assistance to professionals in that particular case.
