| Subject: Approved but Confused?? |
Immigration approved my application FOR H&c AND PRRA, i a mnot sure which one they approved, my question whats next are they gonna send me a letter for interview or they will send the approved letter !!!
any one can explain WHAT USUALLY HAPPEN IN CASES LIKE THAT?

CIC never approves any person for PRRA & H&C.
They will approve the H&C and stop the processing of the PRRA until such time as you pass stage two.
If they approve the PRRA (highly unlikely) you become a protected person so there is no need to approve you under H&C factors.
How do you know you`re approved?

Thanks for replying, i wrote that asuming this scenario would happen in future. i applied about 3 years a go for H&C and my lawyer told me last month IN ORDER TO improve my CHANCES and fastspeed the process i should apply for PRRA so i did and he charged me 1500$, and told me that i should get quick answer and much stronger chances to be approved through PRRA. NOW I REALLY did not like doing that prra application because basically he submitted the same things as before and did not do anything special yet it cost me 1500$ and i could do THAT APPLICATION myself withougt paying 1500, i think he fooled me.
Now you telling me its unlikely to win that prra .. my lawyer tells me i have stronger chances to win through PRRA ???? What are the chances of wining prra?
I AM CONFUSED I THINK HE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME first 2500$ FOR H&C AND then PRRA 1500$ THATS TOOO FREAKING MUCH
