Future fiance was deported. Now we want to be together and get married one day, but we don´t want to live in either my or his country. I have lived in another country almost half my life and I believe I may qualify for citizenship. The question is would his deportation or other minor history affect him in obtaining a visa to another country? I don´t see any examples of this type of question anywhere online and immigration lawyers I´ve spoken with say they have no idea, but probably it will be ok. Any other ideas here?

(in reply to: Future fiance deported, now what?) Which country? Every country has different regulations when it comes down to immigration.

(in reply to: Future fiance deported, now what?) Hard to comment without more information (which countries are involved)?
