Subject: Protected person permanent residency application
  Serious enquiry!!!!
I was granted refugee status as a convention refugee recently. I have added my boyfriend to my application as a dependent under conjugal he lives in another country(we dated as teenagers then decided to remain friends later on); we have rekindled our love and have met up recently;however he is still married to his wife who had attempted to sponsor him 2yrs prior. the application was refused because unknown to me he had placed my name on a visitor visa application as spouse(note i was married to someone else at the time) during the interview he said he was unable to explain the situation because he was nervous. he however explained to me that a representative told him he needed to add someone as a "tie" because he had no children and would be refused. he also went and married this girl almost a month after being refused the visitor visa application which would seem suspicious to anyone. i have fallen deeply in love with him again and would like for him to be with me. my question is, will they grant him the status? if not, does this jeoprodize the permanent residency application for myself?

Why did you not add your best female friend who was your classmate in grade 5 as a dependent?

Let me ask, I just have to ask, how did this married man become your conjugal partner? What property do the two of you have together? How have the two of you maintained an attitude of fidelity? What commitment do the two of you have for each other?

So you fell back in love with him even though he married another and has not divorced the other. You married another 2 years prior as well hmmmm

Did you list your husband on your personal information form when making a refugee claim?

I find it hard to believe your posting and question so I got to go check my lottery ticket. I guess Pigs can fly.
