Subject: Common law Partner, am I qualified?
  I am married when i entered Canada. I have no communication with my husband since then. Now, I am reunited with my first boyfriend and we are living together for almost a year here in Alberta. He had a divorce already and he wanted to sponsor me thru Common law partner sponsorship. Do i need to file for an annulment first before we can proceed to our application? Pls. help.
