Can u suggest me the ways to make an application. Also, if you can provide me with the guideline of the requirements in terms of qualification, language proficiency and even investment amount.

Glad I can make you smile.
I never forget how I got involved with this forum/discussion group.
I saw someone post that they were looking for a good Immigration Lawyer/Consultant in the greater Toronto area.
I did not reply.
I then saw a posting two minutes later that someone was recommending a particular company. I googled the company and found posting(s) that people were asking assistance with filing a Law suit against the company.
I suggested that everyone get references before retaining anyone in my business and I got attacked on the Internet. Then someone posted that the person that asked the question and responded was the same person because of the IP address and that they were posting wrong information claiming to be me.
I always look at postings when someone suggest go to this firm I feel there has to be a motive.
