Hellow dear guys n gals,
I am basically indian want to relocate in canada with the work permit in construction industry.i would like to know the process to find out the employer to get contected who are willingly to hire foreing workers like me. As i am almost well experienced (6 years and running) in the civil construction field. Awaited for your response guys....cheers.Regards, Jal

It all depends on which occupation you have experience in and whether or not you can prove same.
If you claim you´re a carpenter how can an employer know you can always hit the nail with your hammer. Trades people have a dilemma because theirs is a hands on occupation. Any potential employer needs to know the construction standards of your country to even start assessing foreign workers.
The construction industry in Canada is controlled by certain ethnic groups and from my experience Indians are not that strong in the Construction Industry.
It is best you come here on a visitor visa to be interviewed in person first.

First of all thanx a lot for your valuable opinion.Actually i have hired one immigration firm who is gonna help me out to find out the employer including telephonic as well as video conference for the interview.I have the experience in construction as an engineer cum inspection in various fields such as wind energy,thermal power,building construction,commercial cum industrial construction plus oil n gas industry as well ! so through these all aspect i have decided to take the step as i described you above!.
