(in reply to: canada border service agency) ...come to the office to review, update and discuss our case...
CBSA is taking steps to place someone on plane.
You need a Permanent Residence status to stay in Canada.

(in reply to: canada border service agency) You´re going back to your country. There´s nothing you can do because your husband isn´t landed or a citizen so you have to just go back home

(in reply to: canada border service agency) What you have to do is to report to the CBSA officer as requested. Do not fail to show up.
If you don´t show up then, CBSA will probably issue a warrant and you will see things to go south in a hurry.
I don´t know anything about your case so I can´t tell you what´s going to happen.
I can only advice you of two things:
1- Show up at the CBSA office
2- An H&C application in process does not prevent a deportation.

(in reply to: canada border service agency) ALL IS NEVER LOST!
This family was being told to go home. The parents had received emergency travel documents and needed visa´s for the kids.
That was February of 2012 yet in December they were told they can stay.

(in reply to: canada border service agency) There is no restriction on H&C when the application is based on the Best Interest of the Child especially a Canadian child.
