| Subject: work permit & OHIP after 1st stage of h&c |

I got my AIP last week and my file is in Etobicoke now, I am just wondering where should I send my Open Work Permit application, in Etobicoke or CPC Vegreville and how long does it take to process, as far as OHIP is concerned, when should I apply for OHIP.
I highly appreciate any prompt reply.

OHIP requires three months of residency after stage 1

I applied on December 22 2011 and 1st stage approved on Nov 23

if h&c application summited and then work permit. if I receive work permit does it means my 1st stage approval being granted?
