  To All

It has been a battle of wills for sixteen years but the Chen Family are getting a super Christmas present. They have been seeking landing for sixteen years based on China´s One Child Policy.

The Dad has not hugged his sixteen year old daughter since right after her birth. He sees her on QQ/Skype twice a day. The family has never been on Social Assistance and the Dad works two jobs.

CIC transferred my H&C application I prepared for them in 2004 on October 18th 2005 and CIC finally approved them in October of 2011. The wait has been real tough on the parents.

We demonstrated in the rain for three hours, we went to the media four times because when you´re right you´re right.

Not being able to hug a child for so long had to be an unusual, undeserved and disproportionate hardship.

Merry Christmas to the Chen Family.

We had been bugging CBSA to find their file and send them to a PRRA which was never done from October 18th 2005 until Novemeber of 2010 because they knew the H&C was strong and valid.

If he was unlikely to appear would he demonstrate for four hours in the rain against the Prime Minister when he came to Ajax? After complying and complying the CBSA Officer put the client on In Person reporting just because the media was present (within the Law but totally Unfair).

This man paid 80% down cash for his new residence was raising a family of four with a brand new baby and working two jobs to make ends meet. Then he has to get time off work to report in person after already being in Canada for Twelve years with no reporting requirements?

14 months after Stage one approval to schedule Landing. The parents still do not know when their daughter in China will be issued her confirmation of permanent residency so she can finally hug her Dad.

The brother and sisters in Canada can´t wait to paly with their big sister for the first time.
