Dear Roy,
Would you kindly reply me with good information regarding "file closed" by the Canadian High Commission New Delhi India.
I and my wife in Canada as Conv. Refugee and got PR on that category recently, our two children in back home. We were expecting letters with forms from New Delhi since long (Feb-March 2012 till date) Unfortunately we learned last week that CPC New Delhi office sent a letter that the file has been closed because they haven´t recieved any response from our children. They wrote in the letter that they sent a letter on March 2012 and no response were made from our side so file is closed now.
My children living with grand parents because we both are here. We never recieved any letter from CPC New Delhi in our back home address.
So what can we do at this moment?
Should we request CPC New Delhi to send form again?
Would they open file again?

Two solutions are here.
Post mail service should be improved.
Mailing address could have been adjusted to parent´s home in Canada or someone in Hindustan.

thank you Anonymous,
yet i couldn´t get proper answer. if I send an e-mail to Canada High Commission New Delhi requesting that my children who are in back home never recieved any letter or forms from Canadian High Commission New Delhi would they open file of sponsorship again?
I heard that they would closed file if not responed within 6 months of time, the question is here my children never recieved any correspondence from high commission.

Well some of the responsibility lies with you for not retaining Counsel to check on your kids files.
Want the kids here, then stand tall and yell from the highest hill or retain another to do so on your behalf who can prove results.
