I filed my case on 15th December, 2006. Till now I have no response from CIC. But on my query I got response that if I didnīt get any response on my application and I will be affected by new immigration policies. So I have to claim for refunding of fees.
But when I went to CIC website to check my application status which is updated on weekly basis showed that my application is in process. What does it mean?
Shall I claim for refund of my application or wait?
Could anybody guide me in this reference.
