Hi. My name is Mary and i am a commonlaw spouse of a man that i believe cbsa has enough evidence to deport. He got his landed immigrant and citizenship fraudulently. I reported him. He is abusive on all levels. How long will it take for cic to sign off on the revocation process- i am assured the evidence is overwhelming- and what happens to our home that we own. I reported him 2 years ago- still waiting for the wheels of justice to turn.

I thamk you for your reply. My statement says there is enough evedence. It has extensive. Interpol has matched 3 sets of identifications with criminal history with his fingerprints. It is solid. My ? Is how long does this process takebonce it has went to the signature part - supposedly it is only signed off if the evidence is solid. What happens to our home?

This is not All about my home but it is about my home because it is my home. He moved in with me had tens of thousands of debt that i paid off. He did not make a mistake. He has 3 different names with 3 criminal records with a wife in nigeria and children which he forgot to mention. How am i the sick puppy? How is the victim in the wrong. You should not make assumptions as you certainly make am ass of yourself. I believe do good get good do bad get bad. I have been paying for him to go to nigeria twice a year for a month at a time to visit his sick mother buying the gifts for her too meanwhile it was fot his wife. Im the sick puppy? Your probably the same type of personality - an ass.

all what I am saying is move on with your life, go out friday-sutarday night find the men of your life, life is to short ...!! , you allready lust 2 years of your life with your haite trying to kick out of Canada this man. You denunced him 2 years ago and he is still here, you know what I am thinking he will be in Canada for ever
Because if this gentalman was a deangerus person Cbsa or CIC will allready had arestted him,
ok you spend some moeny for him because you bileved he was the one but he was not , for this move one do not lose your time with the haite,

I try to move on i do. I certainly am not hanging on to the past. For the record he was arrested in April for 11 days - his passports kept as he was deemed a flight risk. He is a criminal. All i want is for justice to be done. As i said evidence is solid. Interpol has matched his prints to other identities. I just think cic should do there job

Surmeet, you cannot cancel your inlaw´s PR status. The only way to have them removed is if you lied in your sponsorship applications.
