| Subject: Decision Made on H&C but, |
Hello,
I need your help and advice please. I applied for H&C and was received in June of 2011 and on CIC website, the status shows Decision Made since Aug 31st of this year. How long will it take to know what the outcome of the decision is?

Normally it works like this that a decision is made and a month later you´re called into your local removals office to be told yea or nay.
Have you moved or failed to maintain your address. For my client´s I can find out in advance of CBSA appointment.

Thank you for your prompt reply Roy. Appreciated! I actually moved more than a yr ago and my address has been updated accordingly.
I am currently in Montreal and it seems you are in the province of Ontario, any possibility to find out the outcome of the decision?
Meanwhile, Im being sponsored as a common-law partner. CIC wrote to have a police certificate from my country and a photocopy of a valid passport as well as more evidence that our relationship existed btw a specified period of time as per the letter.
I have all this evidence apart from the valid passport. On the other hand, myself and my partner are not in good terms. ´He is a Long story´ So, Im looking more to H&C application.
Any advice will be highly appreciated.
