Subject: to Roy ( family sponsorship + ARC )
  hi Roy ,
i have read so much stuff here and i have seen the kind of help your giving .. your awesome.
please i need your opinion about my case and what you honestly think .
i was a refugee claimant in canada , i met my wife there . we have been together from 2009 till now . we got married in april 2010 and in july my case got refused .
i lied in my case regarding how i entered the country and they find out and that was the reason of refusal . long story short .. i got a departure order in october 2010 but i stayed which became a deportation order . i left the country on march 2012 .
i went to the cic and told them i wanna go home and bought my own ticket , now i´m back home . we applied for sponsorship application and the first stage still under process . should be done by end of november . the visa office for processing my case is in tel aviv . and it showed that the processing time there is 7 months .
i already payed for arc fees with the application fees and included the receipt . i did the health exam , included . police check every thing .
our marrige is genuine , no doubts . we have so many , tons of pictures through the 4 years we have been together . with her family she also came for a visit in april 2012 and met my family and stayed for 2 weeks .
do you have any idea how long arc thing will take ? do you think they will refuse my application or we have a chance ?
do you think if we got refused appeal will help ?
thanks Roy .
best regards .

First thing stop behaving as if you deserve authorization to return. An ARC is a gift for deserving applicants.

Did you write anything as to why you think an ARC should be issued?

From your timeline;

I note you got married in April of 2010.
Conditional departure order was effective from Oct. 2010

Why on earth did you not submit an In-Canada spousal sponsorship before CBSA contacted you about going home two years later? Well at least you paid for your flight.

Chance of success depends on what was actually submitted understanding staged marriage photos don´t hold a lot of weight. Unsuspecting relationship photos are far more convincing.

Now based on the Chavez IAD decision all seems fairly good but what are your plans for the future and how will you as the applicant make the sponsors standard of living better?

hey Roy,
thank you for being honest . well i did write that i´m sorry for doing that and i stayed because only of my wife at that time , i couldn´t work and there was no meaning for me to stay there but i stayed because of my family there which is my wife , i never broke any law in my staying there maybe just the lie for the refugee about my entrance .
regarding going home , CBSA didn´t contact me two years later to go home , i contacted them voluntarily and said i wanna go home , maybe they tried to contact me before , i don´t know cause i changed my address .
and for the inland marriage application well believe me when i say i have no interest to be in canada . if my wife can live with me here i don´t wanna go there but she can´t survive here in west bank , palestine , not that easy and we explain that in the application . so i wasn´t planning before to submit any application and doing it now for my wife and so we can be together .
the photos we submitted is normal photo around 250 photo in 4 years for trips , family gathering and occasions , at home pictures and when she came to jordan and palestine to meet my family . we have way more but i thought 250 is enough .
regarding the last question ,, i did say that my profession there was tile setter and i did well , never took money from my wife . she does have a good job there and i can manage to support her there . never took welfare or any assistance from the government when i was in canada , never used my health card .
she´s coming back for other visit in february 2013 .
she pay´s lots of taxes and from her point of view she has the right for her husband to be with her ... and with the new conditional BR they can find if we are having a real marriage here or not .
i used to pay taxes too , never coast them money for free english courses or any thing else . i just broke the law to be with my wife .
what do u think Roy , seriously .. is it gonna take time or we have a chance here !! she is so exited and can´t wait for me to go back same as me just so we can be together .
do u think there is a chance for refusal !! well i guess big chance lol
thank you Roy for your time .

best regards ..

hey Roy ,
i forgot to say also we added our whats app messages history which is around 70 pages , since i lift in march till october when we submitted the file plus viber and skype history to show that we still in contact .
we included in the application also some tickets for concerts and symphony concerts and hockey tickets and pictures .
i have question please if you can help ... do they make there decision for arc upon the application it´s self or they deal with it as a separate application !! does the application affect the arc results !!
is there for sure gonna be an interview which is fine with , just to know or some times there is no need for interview ? .

thanks ..

Highly likely a spousal interview so google IAD decision Chavez vs MCI and know everything on what is required to prove a genuine marriage. Be sure to know about extended family members if you have shown pictures you need to name everyone in the group photos.

ARC is normally a separate but connected process after they consider the genuineness of the relationship. The Visa Post will contact your removal officer to ascertain if any objection to them issuing an ARC

one last question please (in reply to: to Roy ( family sponsorship + ARC ))
hey Roy ,
i´m sorry to bother you again but i promise one last question to ask ..
so i found out that i have a ban for one year . my departure paper has the imm 0056b which i read it´s an excluding order for one year .
i left canada on march 5th and we applied on october 26th and they already replied that my wife is approved and the file is being sent to the visa office .
by march 2013 the 12 months will be over so do u think they will still ask for an arc and if they do would it been hard to get !!?
thank you so much ..
best regards .
