Subject: needs help on what documents to submit |

Hi everyone. Me and my husband are putting our application together so he could sponsor me to be with him in Canada. We are just a bit confused on what documents he need to provide. My husband has been in a common-law relationship but they have separated 2 years ago.On the guide it states there that if he´s been in a previous relationship then he needs to submit these documents if applicable.Of course, he does not need to submit divorce papers coz he´s not been married. I thought maybe the certificate of separation and the severance of common law relationship? he has their agreement from the superior court of justice, signed and sealed. do we still need the certificate of separation?if yes, where do we get that? What documents do we really need to submit on my husband´s end?

(in reply to: needs help on what documents to submit) Their agreement from the superior court of justice, signed and sealed may suffice.
Divorce papers not applicable. N/A
