I living in Montreal and y refugie Clain was rejected, i filled an Appeal in my case, i am working since i receive my work permit, i dont receive Bienestar Social, i have a Canadian son, y brother living in Alberta and i want move to this province, Can I ? made a CIC test for qualify to emigrate to Alberta and I qualified to Federal Skilled Worker and Canadian Experience Class , Can i apply with refugie Status?
Please Help Me, I a, in this country for better life and superation, no to live under government expenses

Your refugee claim was REJECTED that is not a Quebec thing. It is Canada wide!
You can apply as a skill worker but you have to leave Canada, go back to your home country and apply from there along with an ARC (Authorization to Return to Canada).
You understand that if you don´t leave Canada, there will be a Canada wide warrant against you to be deported right?
Do you mean "Bienestar Social" as Welfare?

I don´t have deportation yet, i filled an appeal to my case, and yes bienestar = welfare mean, i worked since i receive my first work permit

Your appeal is not going to do anything for you and you know it.
You will be required to leave Canada at the end. You should leave Canada and apply from your home country and come back that is pretty much the only option you have.

Oscar Schindler take my advice; just leave before they come for you with deportation orders; if you wait till you are thrown out, it looks very bad. If you leave on your own, your other application may get a better review.... start packing.
