Did ever Canada or USA made any amnesty for illegal emigrants??
If they ( Ca/US) did which years it was
I know some daily people here do not like illegals emigrants but it is a simple questons jost courioss.

Sir, I got my medicals that I have to submit next month , but I am married next to next month. Wat should I do now. Should I inform to CIC or let my PR come first.and if I added my spouse should I give seprate bank gaurantee for her

Rome, If you intend to be married before you arrive in Canada you MUST inform CIC of your change in status before you arrive in Canada. Your spouse will need to be added to your application even if they do not come to Canada immediately.
FAILURE TO DO SO, WILL RESULT IN YOU NEVER BEING ALLOWED TO SPONSOR YOUR SPOUSE AT A LATER DATE AND IT MAY ALSO RESULT IN YOU LOSING YOUR PR STATUS FOR MISREPRESENTATION.
THIS IS SERIOUS STUFF. The bank guarantee is the least of your problems.
