you have been coming to this forum for a very long time... 3-4 years? By now you should know that changes to rules are anyone´s guess. If you look at the Canadian statistics today you will see that french is not doing very well in terms of percentages of the population so I am guessing Quebec is going to want to insist on stronger language requirements for Quebec selection but - I am only speculating.

Thanks Sharon, Yeah it has been a long time here, but I am finally planning to file the application next Spring, I got 6.0 in IELTS and passed Delf A2 for french, I am planning to go through attorney David Cohen and do my BEST. I am 35 years old and its time for me to get maximum points in "AGE" selection, otherwise every year I will loose 1 point... Thanks Sharon for being kind/helpful all these years
I know you are going to say that why go through lawyer, I want to go because its life time opportunity and I dont wanna miss a single thing

Dear Sharon,
I know that FSW is closed, but now everything I write (mean) is for new proposed hints/changes that Minister Kenney already revealed. I think 98% of proposed changes that will take place in 2013 we already know. I have been waiting a lot, :))) years, its time to make a move in 2013 and file.
Yes I totally agree with you, we have to have new law in hand and see...
