Hi,
Can anybody suggest me what it mean "Pre removal" call in notice. I received this letter and they called for the interview on 23rd oct 2012 at 6900 airport road.
What will be going to happen and also I have a Gf now who can sponsor me.
Can someone guide me please.

Canada is preparing to send you home and will ask questions as to how you support yourself or would like to apply PRRA,etc.
If your GF can sponsor you, is someone sending an inland sponsorship application for permanent residence? Better be received by 23rd of Oct.

This is not true.
Since when submitting an inland application defers a removal?
BTW, go to appointment as request by CBSA. Not going will make things even worse in a hurry.

If the public policy is still in effect, submitting an inland application may defer a removal.

...his “application for permanent residence as a member of the inland spouse/common-law class was filed prior to him being served with a Pre-Removal Risk Assessment and, consequently, he meets the requirements for applying under this category.” The “category” referenced is the ‘Spouse in Canada Public Policy’ of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration whereby the Minister grants an administrative deferral of removal for individuals who have submitted a spousal application before they become removal ready.

DocD is right.
As long as the person has submitted and CIC has received BEFORE the date of the letter they will defer BUT after the date of the letter that was written they won´t defer. Regardless if you received it before the application arrived at CIC.
Now you knew this day was coming and you could not suck up the courage to say the four most scariest words known to man. Your only option now is to get married and submit an outside opf Canada Spousal Sponsorship application then apply for an ARC authorization to return.
Now timing is very important so the outside of Canada application has to be professionally done.

YOU WILL BE TOLD TO GO HOME - YOU ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PUBLIC POLICY REGARDING DEFERRAL OF REMOVAL.

Rajesh India is a good place with great opportunities; do not hesitate to return there and find some work. If your gf can marry you in such hurry, do it but let her file sponsorship after you are in India. It shouldn´t a big deal. You can return in time when sponsorship clears.
Good luck. Bon Voyage... to you and Ranjit.... they have several Indians leaving on the same day, by same flight... Have a good trip. Never feel shy to go home...
