Subject: refugee rejected and appeal rejected,.
  Hi All.

I want to let you konw that i entered canada thru united states, i was detained in united states and asked for refugee in US and (ICE) released me on bond. before my final hearing i came to canada and claimed refugee,

My refugee was rejected in canada and appeal was rejected aswell. Now I received a letter from CBSA for an interview.

Just want to know in advance what will be my next step. if anything goes wrong will i be deported to US or straigt to my home country.

Just wondering can I still claim refugee in US.

No - you can´t claim refugee status in the US if your Canadian claim is rejected due to the safe third country agreement. For the same reason you actually didn´t qualify to claim refugee status in Canada. You should have remained in the US after the first time you claimed refugee status (rather than coming to Canada) and hoped your claim there was accepted.

More information on the safe third country agreement:

So you forgot you had a wife in Canada who sponsored you to remain permanently in Canada and you wanted to make a refugee claim in the United States of America, (again).

Sure sounds like you´re in a genuine relationship.

Man be honest and stop using John and other westernized names; you the people who have those names a bad repute. I am sure you are a lowlife from a 3rd world country trying to hang onto the benefits of a western system. Good luck with all these intricate tricks you seem to come up.... Don´t worry about that senseless Canadian woman who gave you some sexual comfort and tried to keep you around. She can find another man to service her. You be gone from these parts...

When submitting a Spousal Sponsorship from (within) Canada it is only valid if you´re still living at the same residence as your spouse.

Thanks Roy.

I didnt know that, i thought the sponsor will continue if i was deported. So what happens to the sponsor my wife has given.

is there any chance i can stay with my wife till my sponsor go through. Im possitive that the CIC will definetly approve our sponsor as we know each other for few years..

Any thing I should be aware of when I go to the interview by CBSA.
pls help me

You should withdraw your in land application and apply from outside of Canada.

Your application is not going to defer your deportation, no way. You are running out of time and CIC is going to question it to the nuts.

Again, leave Canada, withdraw your application and re-apply from your home country.

Hi there.

I just want your advise on this. just want know if I should voluntarily leave canada or wait till I get a lettr from CBSA.

I dont want canada immigration to pay for my expenses to leave the country. I will definetly pay for it as this country has helped alot for me.

But i want to know what would be the best thing to do. leave voluntarily or wait for them to give me a date.
