What Medical and Social care conditions we´ll got in CANADA after obtaining the family class immigrants(sponsorship) permition? I and my wife are 65+ years old.

You will qualify for medical coverage but there will be no employment or old age pensions (social care) available to you. Old age security requires that you live in Canada 10 years prior to turning 65. To qualify for CPP, you need to have contributed to the plan during your working years.
If you have contributed to some form of pension plan in your home country, you may be able to draw from that pension plan while living in Canada.
