| Subject: just won Appeal family class....now what ? |
im trying to see how long it will take my partner to get here. I understand there is a new pilot project and all files go to Ottawa where most will be processed. (he is Mexican)

Ottawa is informed but the file has to be returned to the Canadian Embassy in the country where your partner is applying from. Your partner will probably have to undergo another medical etc.
CIC can still send migration integrity officers to consider if he is in a genuine relationship so be careful who he has over visiting.

After reading many posts, is it safe to assume that there is not much I can do at this time ?. CIC will contact partner for med/police etc. ? Any timeline how long this final phase will take (assuming no issues)?

It all depends on their Visa Post some are far faster than others.
Retain someone who can call the hearings office to ascertain if they have actually returned the file back to your partners Visa Post.
It is too late now but if you had done a better application your partner would already be here. Going through the ADR or Full appeal process has delayed everything by at least six months if not a lot more.
