| Subject: non process skill worker and Study Permit |

guys
first I´m sorry for choose inappropriate subject.
I applied for Skill worker on 2008. I just received a letter with a provisional file number ( start with B ). Then, I realized my application didn´t in process.
Now, I want to continue my education , I have an offer letter for a university and want to apply for Visa. I don´t I have to mention my skill worker applied or not ?

Mahdi,
It is better to inform visa official that you applied for skill worker.
If you do not inform, you me be denied for student visa on ground of hiding facts.
