| Subject: Citizenship basic residence 1095 days. |

Hi
I came in Canada on 30 June 2009 as PR. Now I completed 1095 days ( 3 Years),didn´t leave Canada for a single day. Can I apply now for citizenship or I have to wait until 1460 days.
If I can apply now Can I leave the country after applying for 3 months. Help friends please.

Answer: if you sign your citizenship applicacion after June 30, 2012, you will meet the residence requirement.
