Subject: A question regarding one-year CONTINUOUS work exp.
Hi, I still have a question about the one-year continuous working experience.

Operational Bulletin 173 from Immigration Canada defined one-year continuous working experience in the first Federal Skilled Worker category. If an applicant falls under two of those occupations in their special list (e.g., plumber and psychologists), their application will still be considered as long as (1) one occupation immediately follows the next one, and (2) they added up to be continuous work experience of one year (defined as 1950 hours).

I wonder if the same rule also applies to the new category of international Ph.D. stream? That is, I have several occupations that are continuous in nature, and they all fall under Occupation O, A, or B. Is my application still eligible for processing, if they follow one after another?

Thank you!

Mary
