Subject: Which Provincial Nominee Program is best?
  To All

Just try to find out what the capacity for each province currently is and when their annual year starts. Do all PNP start on january 1st and run until December 31st?

Provinces are all lobbying for higher CAP´s and some have way more than others. Which Provincial Nominee Program is best depends on your personal circumstances and they all have so many variables that it is virtually impossible to make an informed decision.

I read this morning that Nova Scotia has a CAP of 500. Could 500 be really considered a Nominee Program????

plus the fact that an applicant needed to have a confirmed job offer to be considered in the PNP and that the nominee will be obliged to settle in the nominating province although I don´t know for how long (forever???).

if I have a confirmed job offer, why the hell would I apply for a PNP when I can apply under FSW...

There are many other options in the various PNP that do not require a "confirmed job offer" so if your going to reply get your facts straight.

Sean you would need a AEO which takes a minimum of 9 months to obtain from HRSDC than another year at least before a Visa Post officer would have an opportunity to question the employer if they STILL had an arranged employment offer open to you.

The first question from the Visa Officer would be why is this applicant so special that Company ABC would hold a position for him/her for two years without employing someone else?

roy thank u for calling me a troll that is ignorant and racist...how nice for an immigration consultant like u to say that.

when i talk about ´confirmed job offer´ requirement for ALL provinces under the pnp, i am referring to the skilled workers option and other options that requires a CJO. am sure u know that. i know there are other streams which i was not talking about.

ur below comment is very interesting. so why then a confirmed job offer, which as u said would take so long to process is required if that is your argument?
