guys i need your advice!
i am a former refugee claimant. My case was rejected.Federal court dismissed my case too.
i came back to my country volunteerly. i get a departure order. so my question is:
do i have a right to come back to Canada whit a visitor visa?
does Immigration board has a right to refuse let me in a country even if i have two ways ticket?
btw im from European union and have a biometric passport if its matter..

Yes - immigration can refused you entry even if you have a two way ticket and an EU passport.

Oh - and no, you don´t have the "right" to come back to Canada on a visitor visa. Visiting is not a "right" for anyone.

You cannot return to Canada just like that! Likely you need an authorization to return to Canada.
And yes, you can be refused of entry right at the airport. You may apply for as a Skilled Worker and submit an ARC if needed along with your application.
Regardless what passport you use to travel, the combination of your date of birth, place of birth and name will pop up when you clear Customs and Immigration and you will see how things go down hill from there.

And my last question is did i win anything that i choose a departure order and i didnt wait until i will get a deportation order? What a main differences between them?
