Subject: Quality Immigration Representatives
  To All

I do agree totally that it is very difficult to find a quality representative. One that will care about your personal situation and work diligently to increase one applicants chances of approval.

I was shocked and embarrassed two weeks ago to see a high profile Consultant´s clients come to me with a negative H&C based on "China´s One Child Policy".

I was flabbergasted to see a Certified Representative had never submitted ANYTHING to support the client´s assertion that they would be fined for two above quota children or their Canadian children would be discriminated against.

I have this proof in writing from the Niagara Falls Backlog Reduction Office CIC Officer.

They have two Canadian born children who have no right to reside in China. Will never be allowed to work, marry, travel, own a business or attend school.

Now this individual will never ever be accused of being terse or rude.

This individual is a "professional" former Manager at CIC and is teaching others the Immigration Business.

Now should I name him?
Should I have my client file a complaint against him?

The clients paid approximately $3,250.00 in processing fees and retainer fees and then the representative forgot the family had a third child!

He would know who had filed a complaint and what goes around comes around.

Looking for advice on what I should do.

Should I be silent and not say a thing about disgusting quality of work?

let the client complain. Optics for you to complain would not be great.
