| Subject: Officer failed to consider H&C for Child |

Many times men find out too late that they fathered a child while applying for Immigration to Canada and just don´t get the child medically examined and the child is excluded 117 (9) (d).
This Immigration Officer failed to consider H&C factors for 117 (9) (d) sponsorship. Dad appeals to the Immigration Division over the Officer´s failure to consider H&C factors.
IAD refuses appeal and would not consider appeal based on 11 (9) (d)
Federal Court says both erred in Law.

I would like to inform you that for refugee its ok but in case of skilled immigrant if you are not allowed to rejoin family in canada by apply 117(9)d please take his PR Card and bar for 5 years to apply canada but never try to destroy intelligent family personality.
World will not like this inhuman one day. All world is going to developed and no need to migration and refugee and people will not suffer like this problem. This may continue upto other 25 years.
