hi! im a temporary worker here in canada ,i entered here in canada my marrital status is married now im seperated to my husband backhome for about 2 years now im living with my common law and we have a daughter, now im applying for a new work permit to stay here coz my permit will expire next month what should i do? who should i put in my application form my ex husband or my common law? thank you!

if you are not formally divorced, you are currently ´separated´.
