| Subject: Appointment to sign PR card |
I received a letter from immigration on Feb. 7 2012 that my processing of my application for my PR has been completed. And that i will be contacted by immigration in Etobicoke, but i havent received anything since then. And it has now been 2 months waiting for this appointment.

Appointment to sign on the Confirmation of PR, not PR card which will be mailed in.
