First of all you will need to wait until the exclusion order expires (I assume you were given an exclusion order of 1 year). After the exclusion order expires, you will need to apply for a new study permit. I suspect the chances that the new study permit will be approved are fairly low given that you worked illegally on your first study permit. You may have to forget about completing your studies in Canada.

No. Your visa has been cancelled and you are banned from entering Canada probably one or two years.

if they percieve the situation as difficulty to get work permit and work they wont either try or take risk to come there. Thus try to avoid the hard situation which i had gone through

Get a grip.

The government allowed you to study, that is why the issued a student visa to begin with. You choose not to follow the conditions of your visa. It wasn´t the government´s fault for all this mess. You did it to your self.

It is possible to find a job and obtain a work visa but you have to follow the rules and go through the proper channels.

At the moment you made the decision of dropping out of school and to work without a permit you showed a complete disregard for the conditions in your student visa and you are being held accountable for your own acts as a consequence of it, you have been excluded from Canada.

The advantage of the exclusion order is that eventually expires and you may or may not apply for PR from your home country one day.

If you don´t leave Canada after the exclusion order is issued, eventually will become a deportation order.

Those ones don´t go away. Stay in the FOSS until the end of time unless you get an ARC.

´law is the codified form of commonsense´.It should be made and intrepret keeping goodness of common people. In the bottom line it stands for the basic values and protection of vulnerable people.I admit the fact of violation.but it is illogical to think one does it only for showing disregard for the law.how is it justifiable not allowing one for chance of reformation?is it good to spoil young people career prospect using complex legal jargon. In the job search process there is no law guarantee job.but it is conscious about punish someone who find job .In work permit programme it issues employer specific permit. Thus limits flexibility of moving to better employer and promote vulnerability of employee.law does not incorparate the provision to serve the best interest of employee.in the end law is a human made mechanisam it has its own flaws.

Canada gave you permission to enter the country for 1 specific reason - that´s it. There is no legal jargon required. Besides, there are hundreds of people out there ready to explain it to you.

You decided to tell Canada 1 thing and then do something very different. Why is that Canada´s fault?

You will be allowed reformation - in your home country.
