Subject: Is it a medical test request?
  Hello,

I´m an after 28 of February 2008 skilled worker applicant.
I received an email from Cairo visa office which states:
"Please note that you are required to provide us with the following documents to enable us to proceed with the file:

1. Up-to-date IMM8 and Schedule 1 forms for applicant fully completed & signed for you, your spouse, son ----- & ----. Blank forms enclosed.

2. Up-to-date Egyptian police certificate for you, your spouse, son ------- & daughter -------.

3. Updated evidence of funds.

4. Evidence of son´s studies since the age of 22 years old until present.

Kindly provide the above document within 30 (thirty) days of the date of this message.

Please note that applicant is required to arrange for a prepaid courier in order to pick up the medical instructions as well as a request for the payment of the landing fees from the embassy. Our collection hours are Sunday through Wednesday at 3:00 PM and Thursdays at 1:00 PM. Kindly be advised that our office uses DHL in its own correspondence."

The four requirements are clear to me but I´m not understand what they ask in the last paragraph is it a request for doing the medical test and paying the landing fees.
Any experts can help me by explaining this paragraph in order to send them what they requested.

Thanks in advance

Q: Is the last paragraph a request for doing the medical test and paying the landing fees?

A: No, for your information only when you are requested for medical tests and landing fees. Visa office Cairo uses DHL courier service in order to send out medical forms and to receive landing fees. They neither send you medical forms by local post mail and nor receive the lading fee either. You must go to the nearest DHL office and arrange some service.

However, you had better arrange for a prepaid courier now in order to pick the medical forms as soon as the request comes through and send them landing fees now, fully refundable, if not landing.

The visa office asks you to be prepared for the next step now in order to reduce process delay.

Thank you Anonymous for your quick response.
I already sent an inquiry message to the visa office asking them the same question, their reply was, YES, this is a request for arranging with DHL to collect the medical test and paying fees that what I did yesterday,
thanks for all.
