Hello everyone
I just want to let you guys know that my family and i had our landing interview today, when we went the first time the landing officer sent the file back to the decision maker, she sent my brother a letter saying she is prepared to waive that requirement provided that he completes the back on track program and provides proof.. And that make me believe in humanity again , not everyone is coldhearted as some people here, So im very happy everything worked out i can go to university this year...
Im prepared to begin a new journey.!
Good luck to the rest of you waiting, and to some that are starting this process remember retain a good counsel thats the best way to go! :)
Viva canada!

CONGRAT (in reply to: Roy please help pt 2 landed) Bibi´s original topic was posted on April 12th, 2011.
At the first landing interview, she and her family duly informed CIC of her brother´s impaired conviction.
The file was sent back to the H&C (or PRRA officer) officer and a letter was sent to her brother that he required to complete Back on Track, Ontario´s Remedial Measures Program.
She and her family were landed as Permanent Residents of Canada in (or before) the month of January 2012. (almost 10 months delay!)
My sincere congratulations. All the best in you and your family. This is the only beginning.
