Hi,
Any one can help me that we had applied on 2004 for PR visa for Canada still we have not receive any letter from that.My status is find in site ´ IN PROCESS" Now When the New delhi CHC embassy will process or not? further will take time when the applicant will old ? its totally made foolish to all applicant.

As per new rules Canadian Government has made cleared that they are going to refuse all the applications lodged before 2008 and the applicants has to submit fresh applications under new visa rules. for further information call +91-9915999655

Navjot, your statement is not correct.
K.G., you likely got a letter from CIC asking if you wanted a refund so you could re-apply or if you wanted to have your application remain in the system. That would have been around 2008. If you did not respond, CIC assumed you were willing to wait.
There have been 2 sets of changes to the rules since 2004. They have dramatically reduced the list of skills that Canada is currently accepting. If you qualify under the new rules, you would be well advised to re-apply. If you do not qualify, then your only option is to leave your application in the system and hope that your file will be eventually processed. There is absolutely no way to know how long that might take.
