WHAT IS IT? (in reply to: admissibility hearing)
What is this admissibility hearing in GTEC based on?

An expired status?

Criminality?

Misrepresentation?

Residency obligation?

You do not have an admissibility hearing at GTEC the Greater Toronto Enforcement Centre. The Immigration Division holds admissibility hearings.

It is far more likely that you will have a Ministers Delegate Review where H&C factors can be dealt with to explain away your actions and you could receive a warning letter.

OR

They can send you to an admissibility hearing based on your personal circumstances.

You do not have an admissibility hearing at GTEC CBSA does not schedule hearings. They are not the decision makers they are the accusers.
