HI EVERYBODY,
I am a PAKISTANI resident and i have already applied for canada immigration on SPOUSE base. Although 12 months have been passed since i applied but still no response from embassy.
Now i am setting up a PLAN to move to CANADA on VISIT VISA to meet my SPOUSE as she has her university convocation planned in next three to four months hopefully. What i want from you is to please provide your kind suggestion in this regard, how much it will be easier for me to get my VISIT VISA or how much it would be a positive move regarding my already submitted case, will it effect/speed up my case (already submitted).
Secondly, please also let me know what type of supporting documents i should have to submit with my visit visa application.

It will likely be extremely difficult for you to obtain a visit visa. Visit visas are for those who wish to visit Canada for a short time and have no plans to remain in Canada long term. The fact that you have already submitted an application to immigrate to Canada demonstrates that you have plans to stay in Canada long term.
So the short answer is that the fact that you have submitted an immigration application will make it more difficult for you to obtain a visit visa. Second, the visit visa will have no impact on your immigration application.
For evidence - you want to submit proof if strong ties to your home country and demonstrate that you don´t plan to remain in Canada long term.

They will refuse your visitor visa. You will also be refused the spousal application as your marraige is not geniune.

Secondly, my marriage is GENUINE i have all my evidences with me right now! I just want to see my WIFE on her convocation, anyways provide me yours best SUGGESTION in this regard, thanks a lot..........
