Subject: E-Cas Status

Can any body please enlighten me?

My spousal sponsorship application was received on CPC-M on SEP 16 and today first time i checked in online and it says ´ Application received´ under Sponsorship application status and ´ Application received´ under permanent residence application status. When i click on it says ´ we have received your application on SEP 16´.What does that mean?
