Subject: Pre Risk Removal Assement Interview |
I filed the paperwork in June 2011 and got a letter today November 7th saying an interview has been scheduled for **** to discuss your case, what should i expect? I know the chances of approval are slim to none, but i would like some advice on what to expect anyways?
Thanks
Sara

SOMETHING NEW (in reply to: Pre Risk Removal Assement Interview) One appears for a PRRA interview, receives the application and files it within 15 days and submits further evidence within 30 days.
Some are called for another interview to DISCUSS their cases.

(in reply to: Pre Risk Removal Assement Interview) Hi Sara, I got confused about your question. Did u file for PRRA application in June 2011 or what?. I think you need to speak to your lawyer on this matter. Did you sent in the paper work yourself or you hired a lawyer to help you out? Did you give them any new evidence as to support your PRRA application ? I´m sure some expert would love to give you some advice. Just hold on and keep checking back. I file my own PRRA since last year December 31, 2010, and still waiting for the decision. I wish you the best of luck. Have faith and keep your finger cross.
